You do know candy might just give you a burst of energy, right? Imagine how much more productive you could be with just a bite. That's why they don't encourage children to eat a load of it in one go-- no one would be able to keep up with them.

Highs are always accompanied by lows. Relying on candy will also drain assets over time.

Then isn't it a relief that you're getting such an incremental and temporary amount?

... Rufus, you're wasting more energy by just refusing this tiny bite, when you know this could be over very quickly.
