That depends on the person, I think. It should be simple enough to tell if someone's acting unusual if I'm more familiar with them.

But also I might just ask my Leader what to look for with splintering nova in the first place.

If the Leaders are in the know, I wouldn't be interested in that. It's worse than guessing.

[ Dorothy... just looks at him for a moment, then presses a hand to her forehead to ward off the headache to the best of her ability. Sometimes what he says is easier to translate than other times and it takes her a few additional seconds. ]

Mm, you're right. At least then we would know precisely what to look for-- or have a better idea of it.
