[He looks a tad confused for a second, but then parts his arms to indicate he's going to try to gently lift her.]

But Dorothy nods, gathering her crutches off to one side so he can heft her up a little more easily. ]

Ah--I've been speaking strange since waking up.

[He tries to heft her up without jarring her anywhere, so he can carry her to her own room.]

[ She gets it. But thanks, she feels tall now. ]
