Not at all. [ i mean. why would he??? take it well??? ] But this whole game hasn't been something he has been taking well.

I can't say I blame him. It's quite a lot to put on anyone's shoulders.

But Izumo, you're someone he greatly cares for, and he likely finds a great deal of support in your presence. For you to volunteer yourself to die... I can see why it would upset him even further.

It hasn't been settled; they still all have to decide whether or not that they want to go with me or if they're fine with the list that they have themselves.

Regardless, I'm sure the act of coming together to try and solve the mystery of a murder also promotes nova gathering in some form.

I'm going to talk to Alphinaud because I was concerned about him this week, not because I think he'll share his thoughts with me about you. Knowing him, he'll likely wish to keep that between the two of you, and rightfully so.

...it's more than I feel as though he won't always tell me what troubles him. No matter how much I ask it of him. It's not until—I don't want him forcing himself as much anyone else, especially around me.

I hadn't realized he was being so helpful with me in regards to figuring out what's been going because we're in an information exchange with one another.

... Actually, would that particular information exchange be why he knew a Faction was unable to kill this week, despite their intentions to?

No, it's fine. I had a feeling this was going to be a difficult week for me, even without Rufus knowing.

If I'm convicted next week, I won't be terribly surprised. That's really the only trouble with having to wait this long to act.

Maybe what happened with Jeanne and Emet might happen with you if you confess to what happened. That's the difference between their convictions and Shima's.

Shima didn't say anything and allowed himself to be caught where as both Emet and Jeanne confessed to what they did. [ that's legit the only commonality between the two of them compared to other convicted person. ] Maybe it would spare you.
