He looks surprised to see her even though he shouldn't really.] Miss Dorothy-- [He reaches out a bit because she looks extremely exhausted.]

He hates this. But he does part his arms and let her lean. He'll wrap them tentatively around her; he doesn't want to hurt her?]

[ She means to say that they don't need to worry about killing now, but you know. Surfer slang in a soft British accent is annoying. ]

But Dorothy nods, gathering her crutches off to one side so he can heft her up a little more easily. ]
