Never mind that. I didn't come here to focus on tomorrow. [because it's depressing and dorothy doesn't need to think about it more than necessary.]

But this is almost over. We'll be able to fix the cycle and get everybody home. That's something to look forward to, isn't it?

What're you hoping to do when you get back? Any plans?

... Well, it's a little complicated, but basically help out a princess.

A princess? [he immediately sounds interested.] Is she in trouble?

Very much so.

[his frame of reference is a bunch of princesses being kidnapped for the power within their heart, so hearing even the vaguest hint that princesses are in danger is enough for brief alarm.]

Then that's an even better reason for us to work harder to make sure the next steps are finished to bring everybody back here safely. [a pause.] ...everyone has pretty important goals to get back to. I don't want them to lose their chance.
